D.C. & Boston

I’ll describe Washington DC and Boston (Newton) Mass yoga together because…..the most convenient studios were both CorePower and both of these seemed like franchises that had relatively little community spirit and unmemorable instructors who didn’t seem too connected to the business they were a part of. Just employees. I’m pretty sure CorePower always has mirrors. I don’t remember anything horrible about these places but they were not inspiring, and not particularly clean or well kept – and very similar to each other. But they were free! And pleasant enough to keep my practice alive.
